- Manage the business review process for sustainable brand growth in future, with providing historical quantitative data and quantitative insights.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Manage the process for brand driven projects to be completed successfully with sharing data, assumption, and direction.
- Work with Japan Business Unit, Assortment Planning, Channels, Brand Activation, Supply Chain, Finance teams to drive seasonal strategies and priorities and drive operational excellence while validating.
- Manage selected projects or priorities.
- Track compliance of Japan range and business strategies.
- Build and leverage existing internal tools and reports to run analysis.
Strategic Insights development
- Manage business review process, Sell Out review by week, month, quarter, year with adding qualitative, quantitative insights for future planning.
- Create and share business Net Sales review by month, quarter, year with adding qualitative, quantitative insights for future planning.
- Create and report Forecast / Actual Order data for future planning with insights.
- Act as data expert for Brand adidas teams, provide regular reporting and analysis as well as contributing to ad-hoc analyses and projects.
- Provide insightful solution, which is proven by data analysis, toward brand driven / cross functional projects.

Requisite Education / Qualifications:
- University (Bachelor) degree in the field of Business ideally in Sales and/or Marketing or equivalent professional experience
- Approx. 3-5 years in sporting goods or related industry
- Advanced PC Skill (MS Access/ Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Power BI)
