At BDR Thermea/Remeha, we offer a challenging internship where you will be immersed in the dynamic world of Human Resources. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself in a senior environment. To make your internship as challenging as possible, we have a wide range of activities in which you can immerse yourself under excellent supervision of course!

In this internship you will be supporting two Group HRBPs administratively with the deployment of key global HR processes:

o performance reviews

o talent and succession plans

o European Works Counsil meetings and conferences

Support for implementing a number of strategic projects, namely the following:

o Job architecture

o Global HR operating model

o COO HR Project support

o Slovakia greenfield support

o Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement Org design

o Footprint

In more detail, your tasks and responsibilities will focus on the following areas and include:

Global HR Processes

Support to Group HR Business Partners (COO and CCO organisations) in terms of the following key processes:

  • Performance review process:
  • Supporting for goal-setting process, mid-year reviews and tracking
  • Evaluating how PDRs are captured in Workday, potentially uploaded previous PDRs
  • Talent review process:
  • Ensure all talent baseball cards are collated
  • Collate all succession plans and PP grids
  • Ensure all talent action logs are maintained and updated
  • Support with EWC in terms of managing support for digital and in person EWC conferences, internal communications, preparing agendas and minute taking.
  • Support for day to day administration including Responsible for creating a ‘best practice’ site on intranet, and developing some continuous improvement learning programmes for the Global HR community

Global Strategic Projects

  • Support with the Global Job Framework in terms of attending workshops planned including organising and supporting with the following:
  • Stakeholder mapping
  • Organising and supporting workshops
  • Analytical work on job mapping collating all positions internationally
  • Performing general PMO activities
  • Support for the review of the HR total operating model:
  • Support for collating and reviewing insights into recruitment practices
  • Support for collating and reviewing insights from HR ‘taxonomy’
  • Support in designing and implementing a workshop with HRDs to review HR TOM and next steps
  • Support for the development of a new factory in Slovakia:
  • Recruitment of team in terms of sourcing candidates, setting up interviews, creating contracts
  • Development of compensation & benefit package
  • Developing training plans & Communication plans

What you bring

To be successful in this internship you are:

o Enthusiastic and motivated;

o Accurate, critical and structured;

o You are pursuing a college degree in Human Resources or similar.
