Global HR Intern Talent & Culture

At BDR Thermea/Remeha, we offer a challenging internship where you will be immersed in the dynamic world of Human Resources. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself in a senior environment. To make your internship as challenging as possible, we have a wide range of activities in which you can immerse yourself under excellent supervision of course!

In this internship your main activities include:

Support talent, culture and change working closely with HR Business Partners

· Projects of focus (supporting & managing)

· Talent Review process

o Ensuring the talent cards are completed and properly stored for identified talent

o Document process end to end and determine areas of improvement

o Ensure succession plans are completed and documented and stored for the next run

· Engagement

o Support with Engagement activities and planning

o Preparing for new survey

o Collecting feedback and support with focus groups

o Coordination of survey action planning follow-up & communication

o Managing actions overview and help with generating communication, workshops, and presentations

· Change Project management activities

o Support with HR PMO activities for strategic programs

o Support Change management with building CM global dashboard and local dashboards

· Culture

o Support with Culture inititatives

o Providing dashboards re. key metrics (engagement, gender diversity, sustainability education experience participation)

o Identifying local DEI best practices and leveraging them with the whole DEI community

o Helping design the framework of Global Values Week – linked to the values and to the leadership competency framework

o Coordination of Global Values Week activities in Netherlands

What you bring

To be successful in this internship you are:

o Enthusiastic and motivated;

o Accurate, critical and structured;

o You are pursuing a college degree in Human Resources or similar.
