Senior Marketing Associate, Digital on a 6 month FTC

The global capabilities marketing team’s mission is to share our best ideas and advisory breakthrough work with the world. From Digital, to People and Organizational Performance, Restructuring and Operations, our capabilities practices are fast-moving parts of our business that are growing rapidly. In partnership with our industry practices, the capabilities teams help our clients solve their most complex problems at scale with the latest thinking, innovation, and technology.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to coordinate marketing campaigns for our rapidly growing Digital practice in Europe as well as the marketing activities for our People and Organizational Performance practice in the region. This role involves being a trusted advisor to Partners and Practice Leaders, developing content strategy and executing campaigns. You’ll be helping to take our ideas to market across a range of digital and social channels and play a key role in content generation. You’ll also be working closely with our digital operations, events, and PR teams.

We love creativity and digital storytelling, so are looking for someone who enjoys innovating and thinking about new ways we can build the firm’s profile in the marketplace. We are a large organization, so we ideally need someone who enjoys networking and connecting people in our business across geographies, industry practices, and key accounts, to recognize opportunities. Above all, we want someone who is passionate about telling the world about how our work is having a positive impact on our clients’ businesses.

This is a hybrid role, so the expectation will be 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of the European content, PR, and event campaign pipeline for our Digital practice, as well as our People and Organizational Performance practice.

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to help translate our knowledge, ideas, and project work into engaging marketing material

  • Developing content assets (articles, digital assets, blogs, visual assets). You’ll also liaise with internal and external editors when developing specialist written content.

  • Managing the content pipeline, production, and reporting for our fortnightly Digital Bytes newsletter.

  • Collaborating closely with industry marketing leaders, marketing centers of excellence, PR, social media, local marketing leaders, events, and Business Impact teams to ensure maximum marketing channel success and appropriate levels of risk mitigation. You’ll communicate campaign objectives, execution plans, milestones, responsibilities, and results.

  • Working with the analytics team to monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives campaign data in order to establish return on marketing investment.

  • Following industry trends, breaking news, and providing competitive as well as channel intelligence.

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure appropriate campaign alignment across regions in order to coordinate efficient and effective campaign rollouts that support commercial objectives.

What we’d love to see from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing from accredited university preferred (or comparable experience)

  • 5 years of experience with marketing campaign management in a heavily matrixed business setting and corporate structure, experience in a professional services environment a plus

  • 5 years of marketing campaign experience working across multiple practices, groups, and/or regions

  • Regional and/or global experience developing and delivering marketing content for different channels, including PR, social media and web

  • A passion for creating engaging content for social media and web, and ideally some editing experience

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems
