Integration Product Owner

As the Product Owner Integration at our dynamic and forward-thinking company, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our external development teams and internal customers. This position is all about ensuring clarity and understanding around the features needed in our ESB middleware application. With your deep understanding of our business domains, user needs, and technical insights into the systems connected to Landal's ESB, you will be the driving force behind our integration efforts, ensuring our platform remains maintainable, scalable, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated Product Owner within the integration team, focusing on a specific area.
• Prioritize engineering work based on organizational needs and the integration domain vision.
• Work closely with development teams, architects, and integration specialists to deliver integration projects successfully.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure consistency across the integration roadmap.
• Gather and analyze integration requirements with the help of integration specialists.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the development teams.
• Define and implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability and accuracy of integration solutions.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute test plans.
• Manage releases within your specific area, including performing acceptance tests and executing releases.
• Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.

What we offer

• A one-year contract with a one-month probationary period, during which, of course, we would eventually like to employ you on a permanent basis.
• A salary between €4,475 and €5,324 per month on a full-time basis*
• 27 days' holiday for a full-time working week*

Experience

• You hold a HBO/Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• A mid-career professional with 3-5 years of experience in IT/Integration.
• You have over 2 years of experience working as a Product Owner within the IT domain.
• Proficient in Agile process and principles with a deep understanding of integration technologies, protocols, and best practices.
• You posses high levels of communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• You are a visionary with the ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision, prioritize backlogs efficiently, and ensure on-time product delivery that meets quality standards and customer satisfaction.
