Your ‘day to day’

Employed in Hong Kong under Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc., you will work at electronic Product Development Center (ePDC) which is under PMAL. This global role is accountable for driving the operational excellence & delivering the business results for the end-to-end Reverse Supply Chain operations covering the inbound & outbound processes, systems and operating model.

The role is responsible to lead seamless execution of the SC Planning process:

• Develop and deploy the global Reverse Supply Chain strategy to deliver on Supply Chain vision and objectives on Service, Cost and Cash.
• Coordinate end to end Reverse Supply Chain (Demand, Supply, Fulfilment Planning) process excellence, digitalization, automation and scalability within a Value Stream in line with strategy & digital landscape.
• Lead the operations & relations with internal & external partners including the performance management of the third-party business service provider teams.
• Lead the global planning cycles and Financial liabilities provided by Finance, and seek approval of the ‘Best executional Plan’.
• Lead & implement development of global standard solutions and prioritizations of exceptions & blocking issues via data driven decision making.
• Handle short & long term capacity for continuous supply of refreshed/refurbished products, excess & obsolescence materials by ensuring the identification & implementation of timely & accurate mitigation plans, and the submission of the budget inputs & monitoring.
• Build a sustainable impactful organization of talents and professionals in Reverse Supply Chain.
• Ensure that all accountabilities & activities are carried out in full compliance with the related PMI Principles & Practices, quality standards, Tax, Tolling compliance, laws & regulations and Environmental, Health & Safety norms in order to maintain sustainable legal compliance in all these areas, eliminate potential accidents and losses.

Who we’re looking for

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain/ Business Administration/ Economics, or related fields.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Reverse Supply Chain operations, inventory management, logistics & warehousing processes, order management processes including comprehend various financial & physical flows.
• Ability to interpret and communicate planning results providing options and priorities to the collaborators with an understanding of financial and operational implications. Drive a continuous cost effectiveness, high quality and overall process efficiency. Wide experience in different streams of Supply Chain such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Materials Requirements Planning, Order Management and Logistics Planning & Execution. Ideally product knowledge of relevant product categories (electronics).
• Ability to think and act for the benefits of the company and the consumers, evaluate impacts of decisions on the company's metrics.
• Influencing Skills - Ability to influence up and down the organization to motivate changes.
• Capability to get results in a fast-paced work environment.
• Leadership Skills - Recognized capability to drive performance of an organization, coach, develop and mentor teams and individuals including distant teams.
• Project Management - Ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams in a structured way while consistently communicating on projects progresses to the relevant collaborator and leading changes.
• Ability to comprehend system landscape, data flow and system functionalities to drive system usage and automation.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
