As a Business Developer, you thrive in a fast-changing environment and you love connecting with people! Your entrepreneurial spirit helps you to find new opportunities and new potential clients whom Marveltest can help to achieve their full potential. You are always pushing your limits and achieving the impossible!

  • As an analyser, you quickly know how to spot opportunities when researching potential new clients. Your goal is to find new companies that fit in the Marveltest portfolio, but also potential new sectors that can use some help with digital marketing!
  • In addition, you are structured and organised so that you know how to keep track of all the sales opportunities. You know what the status is of potential new clients, but also of existing clients. You know where they are in the Marveltest process.
  • Your communication skills can explain who we are and what we bring to the table! Without you, clients will never know that they need us!

Sounds good, what will I be doing?

  • Support the founders in generating new leads and closing the deal.
  • Conduct initial market research to identify potential clients.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and sales material (with some creativity you come a long way!).
  • Provide support in preparing presentations and proposals.
  • Support during sales meetings.
  • Record and maintain accurate sales data and customer information.
  • Meet sales goals and targets that are set by Marveltest.

What is expected from me?

  • A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with an organisational/marketing/business focus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Experience with Pipedrive (or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • You know how to work independently, but thrive to work as a team.
  • You are not afraid to try new ways of working.
  • You are positive, results-driven and have a passion for sales.
  • Available for a full-time position.
  • Fluently in English and Dutch.
