Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a (part time) technical support engineer that will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our (business) colleagues when configuring the Actuals platform

Your responsibilities 

• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the onboarding process and maintenance
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Work in a structured way, meet expectations and work efficiently
• Collaborate with business consultants to understand their technical needs and business objectives.

Your qualifications: 

• Busy with your Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and can show progress
• Familiarity with the SQL language and it’s concepts
• Eager to learn the Actuals Platform and it technical concepts
• Speaking professional English is required, as most of our customers are Dutch, speaking Dutch expertly is a plus
