As a Business Process practice and part of the national full service area RulesMatter!, we help customers translate business goals into blueprints and successful implementation of practical applications in an Agile working environment. We do this with knowledge areas Consulting, Discovery, Design, Implementation, Integration and Management. We streamline primary business processes with intelligent rule-based automation such as the Pega platform at the heart of our clients so that they are ready for continuous change. Ordina has a strong track record as a Pega partner and has the ambition to be the best Dutch Pega partner for our customers.

The Technical Business Process Automation practice consists of Pega System Architects, Developers, Integration specialists and of course test engineers.

You bring a healthy dose of curiosity, constructive criticism and humor. You are at home in complex environments and want to continue to develop professionally and personally. We work in multidisciplinary High Performance Teams, so you are interested in developing your analytical, technical and Pega skills. You know how to make others aware of the impact of testing and quality assurance. You enjoy contributing to the development of our field and practice. You are a specialist in your field and know how to set up and automate various test types.

What you bring

• A WO/HBO degree, in the field of IT is a plus.
• You can communicate fluently in Dutch.
• Two to five years of experience as a tester and you are ready for a second step in your career.
• You know how to oversee complex (primary) business processes & the (technical) IT landscape.
• You are familiar with devising a practical and supported test approach.
• You are in possession of a TMap and/or ISTQB certification.
• Advanced level certifications are a plus but you may also join us.
• Experience with test automation and test tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, Fitnesse, SoapUI or Tosca.
• Interested in topics such as Agile, CI/CD, security, API, test data management, BDD, TDD.
• The drive to become more proficient in the low code Pega platform.
• You know how to determine the business needs and customer journey together with domain experts and together with the system architects to create a Minimum Lovable Product.
• To streamline the customer processes we use the leading Business Automation Platform Pega within our area, and you enjoy the challenge of immersing yourself in it at the functional level.
• Methods such as Design Thinking, Value Stream Mapping, Lean and Agile thinking interest you and you enjoy applying them.
