Your Impact

As a Pega professional, you work in a multidisciplinary team and add your value to complex projects around business rules management. In collaboration with and/or at the customer we are working to create innovative applications. In addition, you will be fully equipped to do your job well and we invest heavily in training and your Pega certification.

Where you're going to get started

The young and active Business Process Automation business area deals with automating decision making in business processes at Ordina's top accounts. With a club of certified Pega professionals, we see and seize opportunities to expand our expertise. With a down-to-earth attitude and robust applications, we provide our clients with innovative knowledge and control technology.

This is you

Recently graduated? With this Traineeship we offer you, as a recent graduate, a path in which you can develop your skills and knowledge optimally. You are someone who wants to make a difference and you are sometimes a little cocky. You help our customers in teams with smart and innovative technology so they can innovate and accelerate themselves. You improve and automate critical customer processes through case management implementations with Pega software or Robotic Process Automation.

• You have a completed technical HBO or WO education in the direction of IT (maximum two years of work experience);
• Positive mindset, entrepreneurial, responsible, decisive, analytical and result-oriented;
• You already have some programming experience; (e.g. Object Oriented programming);
• You see working in a changing environment using Scrum and Agile as a challenge;
• Strong social and communicative skills;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
