Your Impact

As a DevOps Engineer, your goal is to deploy software solutions barrier-free with high quality and securely. You do this by designing and building pipelines and using automation tools, so code flows fully automatically from design and build to production. At Ordina, you work in high performance teams at the largest companies in the Netherlands. Our clients already work in the cloud or are still classically equipped and will make the move towards the cloud with us. It's up to you to ensure that the work processes fit together smoothly and that the collaboration between the various specializations such as development, testing, security, integration and infrastructure runs smoothly.

Where you're going to get started

As you have long since known, our customers can no longer do without excellently functioning IT systems.

This places high demands on the people working on them. As a Devops Engineer you will work at Ordina within the area 'Platforms'. As an area, we help our customers accelerate their digital transformation by designing, delivering and managing future-proof, agile and cost-efficient cloud platforms.

Specifically, we handle migrations from on-premise to cloud platforms. In doing so, we take security, flexibility and scalability into account. We also advise our clients on actual usage and help with cost-effective deployment. We assist development teams to seamlessly connect their pipelines, including infrastructure as code, to these platforms. After design and build, we manage the platforms.

Over 70 professionals work within this area as Cloud-, Infrastructure-, Automation- or Platform Engineer working together to develop (new) propositions. You will be working in a dynamic team where sharing knowledge and insights is self-evident.

This is you

• Demonstrable HBO or WO working and thinking level
• You are an expert in pipeline automation (CI/CD) and in tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
• Recent experience in Azure or AWS cloud projects and technologies.
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker.
• Good command of the Dutch language. Minimum B2 level.

You are sociable and easy going, you like an informal and tie-free environment. Your pleasant communication skills, curiosity and openness are greatly appreciated. Of course you are analytically strong and able to fathom complex issues. You like to take initiative, you dare to share your opinion because, like us, you are proud of what you do.
