Your heart beats faster managing, developing, implementing and optimizing our customers' systems. Every day you work on making business processes work better with ERP. Not only within large projects that are socially relevant, but also for smaller appealing companies and organizations. You realize new functionalities, solve problems and incidents, and modify existing functionalities if necessary. You will also follow an extensive training program and we will guide and coach you throughout this process. We guide you through the most important certification processes, making your level of knowledge tangible for our customers. You will also attend training courses in the area of personal development.

Where you're going to get started

Ordina Oracle builds and manages Enterprise Resource Planning systems. You also benefit from our Platinum Partnership in the field of technology and apps. So you always have up-to-date knowledge. You work in a close-knit team that pays attention to your ideas, personality and expertise. Together with your team you will set the tone and develop innovative solutions for large and smaller clients.

Our area consists of about 90 people and is divided into 5 practices:

• Oracle Business Transformation: advising, guiding and transforming organizations and business processes with Oracle Cloud solutions;
• Oracle Cloud ERP (SAAS): advising, implementing, managing, developing and sourcing Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP);
• Oracle Cloud Integration (PAAS): consulting, implementing, managing, developing and sourcing Oracle Cloud Integration;
• Oracle Cloud Platform & Databases (IAAS): consulting, implementing, managing, further developing and sourcing Oracle Cloud Platform and Oracle Databases;
• Oracle Enterprise Low Code: consulting, implementing, managing, further developing and sourcing Oracle Low Code solutions.
• Finally, there is also room to grow towards project management or (service) delivery management.

• You have a completed HBO or WO education;
• You have a positive mindset, are entrepreneurial, responsible, decisive, analytical and results-oriented with a healthy dose of humor;
• You have an open and critical mind;
• You possess strong social and communication skills.
