Recruitment Stage

Do you want your graduation internship to be focused entirely on recruitment, preferably in an international company? Take this opportunity now, because Action’s recruitment team is looking for two interns who want to explore and shape the Action recruitment process!

Your daily tasks

In this recruitment graduation internship, you will have the freedom to do research and actively contribute to how Action international headquarters expands its campus recruitment.

How cool is that? You will set up an internal internship agency as part of the recruitment department, which will welcome more young professionals into our organisation in the future. You will also be the first point of contact for other interns.

You will naturally receive active guidance so that you have the right tools to get started. You will have the opportunity to roll out a new project based on your own initiative, so you can make a real impact with your graduation internship.

In addition:

• You will be the first point of contact for research universities and universities of applied sciences, and you will actively work on relationship management.
• You will work together with our employer branding specialist on job market communication about campus recruitment.
• You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as recruiters, the recruitment and employer branding manager and hire managers.
• You will be responsible for the recruitment and initial selection of interns.
  

This is you

We are looking for someone with an interest in Retail and an affinity for recruitment. Are you energetic and eager to learn? Are you ready to tackle new projects? If so, this is the perfect internship for you.

In addition:

• Currently enrolled as a student at a research university or university of applied sciences in a relevant field of study
• A good command of Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
