Analyst

As an analyst, you will quickly develop into a full-fledged Corporate Finance professional in an environment designed to help you succeed. You will be staffed on both M&A and Debt Advisory deals, with access to internal and external training courses and on-the-job learning supported by colleagues from all layers of the organization.

You will have direct influence and responsibility in deal teams, day-to-day involvement in all deal aspects, and frequent direct client contact right from the start. You will perform market, industry and company-specific analyses, including complex financial and valuation modelling. You will help prepare pitches for clients with substantive analyses, create reports and presentations for clients, and coordinate due diligence processes.
