Junior Consultant Supply Chain & Network Operations

Make a difference, working together with a team to design and deliver world-class supply network strategies and capabilities to clients, whilst developing yourself at Deloitte.

With your passion for solving complex Supply Chain & Network challenges, you help prepare clients for long-term success. Your primary focus will be on supply chain planning, but you will also have the opportunity to contribute to projects across other areas of the Supply Chain, including Supply Chain Strategy, Logistics & Distribution, Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management, and Sourcing & Procurement.

What impact will you make?

As a Junior Consultant, you will primarily focus on planning transformations that help industry-leading companies improve their supply chain planning capabilities. You will assess supply chain planning processes, support improvements across all planning-related functions, and guide organizations through large transformation initiatives. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor, working directly with clients to drive meaningful change in their demand, supply, and integrated planning operations.

Beyond the core focus on planning transformations, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects across other areas of supply chain management. Projects differ greatly in content and industry. Within various organizations, such as retail companies, chemicals, high-tech, and the humanitarian sector, you will support short strategic assignments or larger transformation projects that last several months.

• collaborating in multidisciplinary teams consisting of Deloitte colleagues and clients, with a high level of integrity;

How do you do this?

Naturally you have analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions. Additionally, you have the courage to try out new things and continue learning. You need the following qualifications for the position:

• a WO university master's degree with good academic grades;
• interest in consulting and supply chain, which becomes clear from your studies, internships and/or work experience;
• extracurricular activities next to your studies (e.g. board, voluntary work, or internship).
