Marketing Assistant - Max Factor Innovation

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Marketing Max Factor Innovation team in Amsterdam.

As our Marketing Assistant – Max Factor Innovation, you are responsible for innovation development support. Supporting the Senior Brand Manager in developing marketing strategies and product innovation concepts across categories, contributing to brand plans, research, and cross-functional collaboration while gaining exposure to global marketing initiatives and activations.

Responsibilities

Your main focus:

• Supporting innovation development through project briefings, concepts, and design collaboration
• Contributing to product development plans aligned with brand strategy and vision
• Driving product and trend research and competitive analysis
• Coordinating product needs and contributing to photoshoots and internal meetings
• Supporting content creation, marketing materials, and budget tracking processes
