In this hybrid role you will support the end to end learning process, from needs analysis through to implementation, for the Technology & Transformation business. How do you do this?
- You coordinate and verify the administrative recording of training programs in the Learning Management System (LMS) in collaboration with the Global Learning Administration Services team (India).
- You manage the logistical processes such as invitations, evaluations, vendor management and content management, and the associated communications.
- Collaborate on the curation of engaging learning content for the Learning Experience Platform.
- Use AI tools and learning analytics to streamline administrative tasks, enhance content curation and learning experiences, while ensuring ethical and secure use of data.
- Compile, maintain and report key management information and learning metrics.
- Respond promptly and effectively to second-line learning enquiries from participants, course owners and facilitators.
- Contribute to an internal learning project, for example in Learning Experience, Measurement & Impact, or Branding & Marketing.

What you bring
- A completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills; you are service-oriented with excellent planning and organisational abilities.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms is a plus.
- Experience or familiarity with AI productivity tools and basic learning analytics is desirable.
- Demonstrable adaptability and the ability to prioritise in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate at various levels.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
