Junior Learning & Development Specialist

As part of the L&D team you will work with the L&D Specialist and L&D Manager to build a sustainable L&D offering. You enjoy organizing and collaborating. You communicate clearly across levels and proactively spot opportunities to improve.

In this hybrid role you will support the end to end learning process, from needs analysis through to implementation, for the Technology & Transformation business. You will work with international colleagues in a results-driven environment and have the opportunity to experiment with AI-enabled approaches to learning.

How do you do this?

• You coordinate and verify the administrative recording of training programs in the Learning Management System (LMS) in collaboration with the Global Learning Administration Services team (India).
• You manage the logistical processes such as invitations, evaluations, vendor management and content management, and the associated communications.
• Collaborate on the curation of engaging learning content for the Learning Experience Platform.
• Use AI tools and learning analytics to streamline administrative tasks, enhance content curation and learning experiences, while ensuring ethical and secure use of data.
• Compile, maintain and report key management information and learning metrics.
• Respond promptly and effectively to second-line learning enquiries from participants, course owners and facilitators.
• Contribute to an internal learning project, for example in Learning Experience, Measurement & Impact, or Branding & Marketing.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift rapidly. You adapt quickly and deliver reliably.

What you bring

• A completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills; you are service-oriented with excellent planning and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms is a plus.
• Experience or familiarity with AI productivity tools and basic learning analytics is desirable.
• Demonstrable adaptability and the ability to prioritise in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate at various levels.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
