Over de baan

Within the Digital Product & Experience team, we continuously work on improving the digital experience of our guests. We ensure that our websites, apps, and other digital channels are not only user-friendly, but also commercially effective—from the first moment of inspiration through booking and during the stay.

The team consists of product owners and designers, each responsible for a specific part of the product journey: Shop, Book, and Stay. We are now looking for an additional Product Owner who can identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across all touchpoints.

As a Product Owner Growth, you play a key role in improving our overall performance. You combine a strong commercial mindset with an understanding of digital behavior across different target audiences. In this role, you move easily between teams and domains, connecting marketing, product, data, and technology.

In this role, you take full ownership of the growth roadmap and continuously drive improvements in conversion, engagement, and revenue across our digital platforms. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where testing, learning, and optimizing are at the core of everything you do. With a strong focus on impact, you know how to turn insights into action and deliver measurable results.

  • Define and lead the growth strategy, focusing on conversion optimization, basket size, experimentation, and scaling successful initiatives
  • Manage and prioritize your product backlog based on data, customer insights, and business impact, with a focus on quick wins
  • Identify opportunities across the full funnel—from acquisition to booking—and translate them into concrete product improvements
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, data analysts, marketers, and fellow product owners to drive impactful optimizations
  • Align with stakeholders such as Marketing, Revenue, IT, and Guest Services to ensure a consistent and commercially driven approach
  • Monitor performance and translate insights into actions that deliver measurable results

You operate in a dynamic environment where continuous improvement is key. Working from home is, of course, possible, but for a full-time role we expect you in the office in Amsterdam around three days per week to stay closely connected with the team and the business.

Wie je bent

You are a commercially driven Product Owner with a strong focus on growth and performance. You understand how digital products contribute to business results and know how to translate data into concrete improvements.

  • Academic level of thinking and working, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in a digital product or growth role
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Proven experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion optimization
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to connect different teams
  • You understand how vertical and horizontal teams can collaborate effectively to create synergy (where 1+1 becomes 3)
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms, customer journeys, and online business models (experience in e-commerce or booking environments is a plus)

You are curious, proactive, and results-driven. You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them. With your hands-on mindset, you continuously look for ways to improve performance and elevate the digital experience.
