About this role

As our CRM Platform Engineer, you will join the CRM Platforms team—the exclusive owners and experts of our technology stack. This role is a perfect landing spot if you are hungry to grow and lead by taking ownership of industry-leading tools.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Manage the CRM ecosystem and aim high to ensure platforms perform at their full potential.
  • Support global teams by driving excellence in the technical aspects of their marketing campaigns.
  • Master the "under the hood" mechanics of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) engineering.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate campaign goals into technical reality through clear communication.
  • Manage data flows via Hightouch to ensure platforms are scalable for millions of customers.
  • Take responsibility for high-quality results from start to finish with a proactive attitude.
