As an intern at Rabo Investments, you will work on strategic investment decisions with real impact and long-term value. You will analyse growing companies and funds from a broad perspective: market, strategy, team and societal relevance.

You & your role

As a Rabo Investments Intern, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of over 50 investment professionals. You will work with venture capital, private equity and fund teams, gaining insight into how investment strategies differ across stages, sectors and mandates. You will actively contribute to equity investments that support Rabobank’s strategic transitions, such as sustainable food systems, financial inclusion and technological innovation. You will rotate across multiple investment teams as well as the ESG team, depending on your preference.

Your responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and assessing new investment opportunities (market, business and team analyses).
• Conducting market and sector research and identifying trends.
• Building and analyzing financial models.
• Contributing to investment memos and preparing management meetings.
• Monitoring portfolio companies.
• Supporting strategic projects, such as ESG integration.
