Internship opportunity: CRM Internship

Join De Brauw's Business Development team as a CRM intern and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimising CRM systems, analysing client data, and enhancing client relationships. You will work closely with various departments to streamline our CRM processes and contribute to CRM-related projects.

Intern Responsibilities:

  • Support the management, maintenance, and optimisation of the CRM system.
  • Optimise and clean up data to ensure high-quality client information.
  • Coordinate and contribute to CRM-related projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and monitor incoming emails related to CRM requests.
  • Create and manage marketing lists for events, newsletters, and Legal Alerts.
  • Assist with training and onboarding colleagues in using the CRM system, including delivering presentations and training sessions.
  • Process new website sign-ups and maintain alumni lists.
  • Manage and check the CRM ticket inbox for internal change requests.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and handle CRM-related requests as needed.

Profile:

  • You are currently pursuing a relevant educational program, such as HBO-level studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
  • You have an interest in data analysis and CRM systems.
  • You are communicative, proactive, eager to learn, and open to new challenges.
  • You work accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Experience with tools like InterAction, Excel, or other CRM systems is a plus but not required.
