Over de baan

Within the Digital Product & Experience team, we focus on continuously improving the digital experience for our guests. We ensure that our websites, apps, and other digital channels are user-friendly, accessible, and commercially effective from the initial orientation all the way through to the stay at the park.

As a Product Designer (CRO), you play a key role in this digital transformation, with a strong focus on optimizing conversion across our digital platforms. You combine creativity with analytical insight and a commercial mindset to improve our digital products and maximize performance. You work across teams and disciplines, moving seamlessly through the organization to identify opportunities and drive improvements that directly impact business results and guest experience.

Wat je gaat doen

In your role as a Product Designer (CRO), you continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion and optimize the customer journey at a detailed level. You take ownership of translating data, insights, and user behavior into impactful design solutions that contribute to both user experience and commercial performance.

  • Work in an Agile, multidisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other designers, and confidently presenting your ideas to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end UX solutions—including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs—with a strong focus on conversion optimization, usability, and commercial impact.
  • Conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative user research, combining data, insights, and behavior to identify opportunities and quickly act on them.
  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end booking journey, ensuring every touchpoint contributes to improved conversion and a seamless guest experience.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all digital platforms (Web, Email, App), while contributing to and evolving the design system.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UX, CRO, and e-commerce developments, applying new insights to continuously improve performance and guest experience.

In this role, you report to the Director DP&E and work from our office in Amsterdam. We operate in a hybrid setup: partly from the office and partly from home. Your primary workplace is our Amsterdam office, and for a full-time role, we expect you to be in the office at least three days per week.

Wie je bent

You are a commercially driven, analytical, and detail-oriented Product Designer with a strong focus on conversion optimization. You have a sharp eye for opportunities within complex digital journeys and know how to translate these into impactful improvements. You are respectful in your collaboration, yet confident in navigating stakeholders and driving change across teams. Furthermore, you bring:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce and booking platforms, with a strong focus on CRO and performance optimization.
  • A strong research mindset, with experience in user research and data-driven design, enabling you to quickly identify and act on opportunities.
  • Experience working with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and actively contributing to design systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and organizational layers.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.

You combine a hands-on mentality with strategic thinking, are highly commercially aware, and are driven to improve every step in the customer journey.
