As our License Application Support Intern, you’ll make sure nothing slows that process down. By coordinating day-to-day application workstreams, you’ll bring structure, speed, and clarity, enabling senior stakeholders to focus on key decisions and push applications through efficiently. 🚀

Take ownership

  • Coordinate day-to-day license application processes, ensuring tasks, deadlines, and dependencies are tracked and followed up on 📅

  • Maintain structured trackers, templates, and shared repositories (e.g. GitLab) to ensure clear documentation and version control 🗂️

  • Support the preparation and review of application deliverables, ensuring consistency and completeness ✍️

  • Communicate updates, meeting notes, and action points clearly to stakeholders and follow up to keep things moving 🤝

  • Identify bottlenecks early and ensure timely escalation to keep the process on track ⚡

  • Help improve turnaround time of deliverables by keeping workflows organized and efficient 📈

This challenge is perfect for you if

  • You’re fluent in English

  • You have strong organizational and time-management skills and can manage multiple work-streams simultaneously

  • You’re comfortable working with tools like Excel / Google Sheets, Word, and collaboration platforms 💻

  • You have a basic understanding of project management (milestones, dependencies, risks)

  • You’re a clear communicator, able to summarize and follow up effectively with stakeholders

  • You have strong attention to detail and can spot inconsistencies in documents 🔍

  • You take ownership and make sure things move forward, even when priorities shift

  • You’re motivated to support high-impact processes and improve efficiency 🚀
