Mission of this role
As our Recruitment Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our hiring process running smoothly. You’ll support by managing interviews, coordinating with candidates and agencies, and keeping recruitment admin in order. This isn’t just another admin job, you’ll help ensure candidates have a great experience and our Team Lead has more time to focus on strategy and growth.
