You & your role

As Tech Lead Business Lending – Credit Monitoring, you lead 2–3 DevOps squads and take responsibility for continuity, security and delivery of critical IT applications. You remove impediments, coach engineers towards high-performing teams and ensure that solutions comply with Rabobank technology standards, while working closely with product owners and stakeholders.

• Improve application continuity by proactively organizing incident resolution, monitoring and continuous improvements.
• Deliver committed epics on time by driving execution together with product owners and stakeholders.
• Increase security compliance by implementing required measures according to Rabobank standards.

• Ensure continuity by acting as system owner for multiple applications and organizing proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
• Drive IT delivery of committed epics by removing impediments and aligning with product owners and stakeholders.
• Lead and coach DevOps squads towards high-performing engineering, simplification and automation.

You work within the Tech Domain Business Lending and operate at the intersection of business, IT delivery and people management, with end-to-end responsibility for your subarea.

You & your talent

• Academic level of work and thinking in the field of Computer Science;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT sector, with demonstrable experience in the areas of Plan, Build, Run and People management;
• Experience in the field of IT development and continuity in a managing role;
• Experience with HR responsibility;
• Knowledge of DevOps teams, scaled Agile, IT automation;
• Dutch & English (business level, writing and speaking);
• You are a team player;
• You have execution skills to deliver committed results;
• You have an entrepreneurial profile and change mind set;
• You ensure sharpness in the discussion and you challenge your colleagues.
