Regional Project Engineer

In dieser Rolle als Regional Project Engineer bist du für die Planung, das Design und die Installation von Projekten verantwortlich. Du bist ein senior aktives Mitglied der Regional Engineering Community und der zugewiesenen Projektteams. Du setzt dein Engineering-Know-how ein, um Projekte erfolgreich zu konzipieren, umzusetzen und an das Business zu übergeben, sodass ein Wettbewerbsvorteil entsteht.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines would be required
• Relevant 2+ years experience in a comparable technical position - food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry preferable
• Basic understanding of engineering principals - knowledge of engineering disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical and good understanding of project management.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams
• Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Manage projects to deliver safe, secure, and environmentally responsible results
• Manage multiple responsibilities including project execution, functional support, self-development, and concentrating on growing the role
• Communicate and collaborate with all Stakeholders and other functions (R&D, Quality, Commercial, Safety and Maintenance) to ensure capital project objectives are clearly defined and achieved
• Ensure delivery of scope, timeline, budget, and cash flow for all assigned engineering projects in accordance with the Engineering Work Process (EWP)
• Onsite management of contractors and OEMs during installation including creating and ensuring a safe work environment for contractors and associates
• Leadership through commissioning, validation, and startup of equipment
