This is your challenge

In this role, you will help grow NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto (Original + NEO) machine penetration across the Benelux by supporting the execution of machine promotions, shopper‑focused activations, retail media, and in‑store demos. Your work will directly contribute to improving the shopper experience for NDG and NEO, ensuring strong visibility, consistent execution, and impactful promotional plans in collaboration with our machine partner and internal teams. This is a hands‑on commercial and activation‑driven role, ideal for someone eager to grow, learn fast, and bring brand plans to life across both markets.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the execution and implementation of machine recruitment plans and retail media plans across recruitment channels in both BE and NL, together with the Brand Specialist Machines and Machine Partner Commercial Lead.
  • Leading the production and delivery of machine recruitment communication materials (NDG + NEO): in‑pack leaflets, cashback leaflets, merchandising routing, cashback banners, PDP content, and bundle assets.
  • Creating, producing, and delivering all retail media communication materials to support machine recruitment.
  • Planning, briefing, and coordinating perfect execution of in‑store demos and tastings at ERT in both markets, including KPI tracking, optimisation, and operational follow‑up of machines, capsules and cups.
  • Developing offline POS materials such as shelving, end‑caps, brand visibility assets, and shopper activation tools.
  • Ensuring flawless communication and collaboration with machine partners, customers, retail media agencies, and merchandising agencies.
  • Supporting the implementation and follow‑up of the Retail Digital Media strategy at ERT.

What we’re looking for

  • Consumer & shopper communication experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in brand or product management.
  • Successful internship or around 1 year experience in a dynamic, multi‑tasking environment.
  • Strong ability to deliver and take ownership of tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong team player attitude.
