Your job

As a Senior Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a bridge between the business and the development team, translating business requirements into Epics and User Stories in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Evaluating product implementations against business test cases to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Improving data models, fostering data-driven decision-making across IAM authorization and authentication services.
• Writing unit and integration tests and documenting work thoroughly.
• Supporting the team in enhancing their business knowledge.
• Participating in the team’s on-call/stand-by schedule to maintain the high availability of critical applications.

You will be part of the Empire scrum team. The Empire team is working on realizing a new source for the digital indentities of all our customers with ABN AMRO NL. The products the team is using are Ping Directory, Ping Sync. Ping Directory will synchronize with different golden sources to build a repository with customer digital indentities, their relationships and their authorization profiles.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
• Understanding of digital identity concepts.
• Proven experience and/or knowledge with Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, in speech and writing.
• Proficiency in databases and Modulating SQL.

Nice to have:

• Strong ability to see the big picture, make strategic decisions, and provide actionable advice to management.

Required softs kills

• Ability to adapt communication styles between technical and business-oriented audiences.
