What’s on the menu?

As our Head of Sales, you’ll play a key role in shaping Orbisk’s global commercial growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the leadership team, you’ll lead our sales organization across Europe, the United States, and APAC as we continue to scale internationally.

At the heart of this role is building, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing global sales team. You’ll work closely with your team to strengthen pipelines, refine deal strategies, and continuously improve how we sell. Through structured coaching, deal reviews, and clear performance expectations, you’ll create an environment where people can grow, succeed, and consistently deliver results.

You’ll also own global sales performance, including revenue targets, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy. As Orbisk expands into new markets, you’ll help hire and develop sales talent while building a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the CEO and partnering with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, you’ll help refine our go-to-market strategy, from strengthening our ideal customer profile to improving pricing, sales playbooks, and channel partnerships.

With nearly 1,000 systems deployed across 45+ countries and partnerships with global brands including Accor, Hyatt, and Carnival Cruise Line, you’ll help scale Orbisk’s commercial impact worldwide.

Job requirements

The key ingredients for success

  • You have 8–12+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role owning both a team and revenue targets.
  • You have a proven track record of personally closing complex enterprise deals, including six- and seven-figure contracts.
  • You bring experience from SaaS, hardware-enabled SaaS, or technology services environments.
  • You have experience building and scaling sales teams across multiple geographies, ideally including both Europe and the United States.
  • Experience in hospitality, food services, or sustainability sectors is a strong plus.
  • You are a strong communicator who can confidently represent Orbisk to C-suite buyers, at industry events, and in investor conversations.
  • You are willing to travel internationally (approximately 30–40% of the time).
