Als Clinical Study Researcher (CSR) binnen het Early Life Clinical Evidence team speel je een centrale wetenschappelijke rol in het genereren van hoogwaardige klinische evidence die onze innovaties, claims en wetenschappelijke leiderschap in Early Life Nutrition ondersteunt. Je ontwerpt, begeleidt en interpreteert klinische studies over verschillende methodologieën — van interventionele trials tot health data-projecten — en borgt daarbij wetenschappelijke rigor en compliance in elke stap.

Je bent gepassioneerd over het vertalen van rigoureuze wetenschap naar impactvolle, real-world evidence die baby’s, peuters en ouders wereldwijd ondersteunt.

In deze rol ga je:

Lead Clinical Study Methodology

• Businessvragen vertalen naar sterke wetenschappelijke hypotheses en passende study designs.
• Study rationales, synopses en protocollen ontwikkelen en bijdragen aan Statistical Analysis Plans.
• Expert literature reviews uitvoeren en zorgen dat alle wetenschappelijke argumenten zijn gebaseerd op robuuste evidence.
• Vroeg in het proces methodologische guidance en feasibility assessments leveren.

Ensure Excellence During Study Execution

• Optreden als methodologische expert voor Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Medical/Safety experts en cross-functionele partners.
• Ondersteunen bij blinded data reviews, beoordeling van protocol deviations, datasetdefinitie en datavalidatieprocessen.
• Compliance borgen met ICH-GCP, Danone’s Clinical Study Policy en interne SOPs.

Drive Data Interpretation & Reporting

• Samenwerken met statistici om study data te analyseren en interpreteren.
• Leiden of bijdragen aan Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), interne evidence summaries en wetenschappelijke communicatiematerialen.
• Publicaties, abstracts en conference presentations ondersteunen.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

• Nauw samenwerken met Medical Affairs, LS&I, Regulatory, Product Development, Market Access en Digital Health.
• Je studies vertegenwoordigen in governance forums en heldere, betekenisvolle inzichten geven aan senior stakeholders.

Build Clinical Evidence Capability

• Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van clinical evidence-standaarden.
• Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling en verfijning van methodology SOPs, templates, decision frameworks en quality systems.

About you

Education & Experience

• MSc of PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Nutrition, Epidemiology, Clinical Research of een gerelateerd life-science vakgebied.
• Ervaring met clinical study methodology over de fases design → execution → analysis → reporting.
• Kennis van Early Life Nutrition of pediatrisch onderzoek is een sterke pré.
• Bekendheid met ICH-GCP en clinical governance-processen.
• Sterke scientific writing- en analytische vaardigheden.

Skills & Competencies

• Uitstekend kritisch denken en wetenschappelijke redenering.
• Vermogen om complexe wetenschappelijke concepten te vertalen naar duidelijke acties en study plans.
• Sterke communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.
