Project Manager Supply Chain & Commerce

Als Project Manager Supply Chain & Commerce bij Action speel je een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen van onze snelle groei. Met nieuwe winkels en distributiecentra die elk jaar in Europa openen, zijn we continu in beweging. Door onze Supply Chain- en Commercial operations te optimaliseren, houden we de kosten laag en maken we groei mogelijk. Als Project Manager leid je diverse initiatieven gericht op groei, optimalisatie, processen en systemen. Deze rol biedt veel verantwoordelijkheid en een grote variatie aan projecten in een dynamische omgeving.

Daily Actions

Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling Project Management voor Supply Chain & Commerce (ca. 15–20 Project Managers) en rapporteert aan de Manager Project Management. Samen met Program Managers help je strategische doelen te vertalen naar succesvolle projecten door projectdoelstellingen, requirements en scope te definiëren en op te leveren binnen de afgesproken kaders (tijd, kwaliteit en budget).

You are responsible to:

• Define and execute a successful project, from start to closure
• Manage objectives, scope, requirements, deliverables, time, quality and budget
• Report on above towards business owners, senior management and other stakeholders
• Facilitate decision making by business owners and senior management
• Coordinate the project team(s) of your projects
• Manage day-to-day project progress
• Change management, manage the implementation and embed the solution in the organization
• Manage risks and issues and escalate where needed
• Foster collaboration across all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
• Collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Project management team

Qualifications:

• MSC degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar.
• At least 5 years experience leading multiple complex projects, preferably in Commerce, Supply Chain or retail
• Proven experience in a multidisciplinary, international, fast-growing, and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Experience in large-scale project management and change management
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
