Project manager

The role

As a Project Manager at DeltaQuad, you are responsible for coordinating and delivering complex technical projects related to our advanced UAV platforms. You ensure that multidisciplinary teams work efficiently together to bring new technologies and products from concept to deployment.

You act as the central point of coordination between engineering, production, supply chain, and external partners. You manage planning, resources, budgets, and risks, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to quality expectations.

You enjoy working in a dynamic high-tech environment where technical development, operational constraints, and stakeholder expectations must be balanced. With a structured and proactive approach, you help teams stay aligned and focused on delivering real-world solutions.

Your work directly contributes to the successful development and deployment of UAV systems that support safety, resilience, and operational capabilities across Europe and beyond.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary technical projects from concept to delivery

• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation

• Identify risks and dependencies and proactively manage mitigation strategies

• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, production, supply chain, and external partners

• Ensure clear communication and alignment between stakeholders and project teams

• Track project performance and report status to internal leadership and key stakeholders

• Support product development cycles, including prototyping, testing, certification, and production readiness

• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools

• Work with project management and planning tools to ensure transparent documentation and reporting

What you bring

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business Engineering, or a related technical field

• At least 4–7 years of experience in project management within a technical or high-tech environment

• Experience managing multidisciplinary product development projects

• Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP or similar is a plus.)

• Experience in aerospace, UAVs, defence, robotics, or high-tech manufacturing is a strong advantage

• Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
