Internship opportunity in the Global Content Lab
Your role:
Working closely with creative producers, production specialists, and technical partners, you will:
- Support creative automation initiatives by helping set up, test, document, and improve workflows for generative AI, 3D, and product replacement across photo and video content.
- Assist with workflow automation by mapping processes, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting the implementation of tools, templates, and automation solutions.
- Help prepare and manage production assets, including organizing files, checking technical specifications, naming conventions, and supporting Digital Asset Management (DAM) best practices.
- Support execution of content production projects, such as adaptations, replacements, and updates, using existing templates and production guidelines.
- Collaborate with creative producers and specialists to ensure content is delivered accurately, on time, and according to brand and quality standards.
- Assist in testing new tools and technologies, including AI-driven solutions, and document learnings and recommendations for future improvements.
- Provide operational support for day-to-day production requests, helping keep projects moving smoothly across multiple stakeholders.

- Are currently pursuing a BA or Masters degree in Media or Creative Industry Management, Digital Media, Media Technology, Animation, Film, Photography, Design, Data/Tech, Marketing, or a related field
- Have an interest in automation, AI, creative technology, advertising, or content production
- Are comfortable working with digital tools and are quick to learn new platforms
- Have a structured, organized mindset and enjoy improving processes
- Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with creative and technical teams
- Are proactive, curious, and not afraid to ask questions or try things out
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
We offer you:
A non-stop growth opportunity within a global multinational company. In addition, we also want to renumerate you well for the opportunity. This includes:
- Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on your education level and if you need to relocate to The Netherlands. Part-time internships receive the allowance pro-rata.
- Housing compensation. Should you need to relocate to near our office, we’ll offer you a monthly allowance of €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. To be eligible, we’ll just ask for the rental contract from your landlord, and your usual home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or 1.5 hours of travel time (for a one way trip).
- Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net as a monthly allowance.
- Paid holidays per internship term.
- The opportunity to buy Philips products at our Philips shop.
