AI & Innovation Intern (No Tech) Europe

We’re hiring an AI & Innovation Intern (No Tech) 🇳🇱 for a full-time, on-site position based in Amsterdam.

The AI & Digital Innovation Intern – Business Track will actively support the development and execution of digital strategies, contribute to project management for AI and process innovation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify optimization opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting digital marketing efforts, preparing reports, and assisting with the implementation of innovative automation solutions tailored to client needs.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with clients.
• Knowledge in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to drive innovation and modernize business processes effectively.
• Experience or interest in Project Management disciplines to support client-centered initiatives and deliverables.
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools and a passion for emerging technologies such as AI and process mining.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
