Be the true you
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales pursuits, bid/proposal management or related roles within professional services (consulting, legal, architecture, etc.).
- Relevant experience with proposal methodologies is advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience collaborating with stakeholders at multiple levels and supporting delivery of high‑priority submissions.
- Affinity with internal quality control procedures and experience contributing to internal reviews.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and maintain high quality control of milestones and deliverables.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across bid teams and stakeholders; able to address conflict constructively and influence outcomes.
- Able to prioritise, delegate and coordinate effectively with Creative services (writers/designers) and client teams.
- Commercially aware with a solid understanding of advisory/consulting services and offerings.
- Comfortable working under pressure with flexibility to meet peaks in deal cycles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams; familiarity with SharePoint and proposal collaboration tools is an advantage.
- Interest in adopting AI and other emerging technologies to improve the sales cycle and pursuit outcomes.

How do you do this?
We’re seeking a motivated Junior Pursuit Lead to join the Sales Excellence team. In this role you will support high‑performing client teams on our largest and most strategic pursuits, helping to create compelling value propositions and increasing our win probability on priority opportunities.
How do you do this?
- Support the client service team, together with a Pursuit Coach, to craft compelling value propositions, win themes and differentiated sales strategies for priority opportunities.
- Help develop and manage the pursuit plan (in conjunction with the client service pursuit lead), set milestones and deliverables, and maintain the pursuit working site (for example MS Teams / SharePoint).
- Support quality control and review of proposal and presentation documents, design approach and risk reviews to ensure strategic messaging and coherence across all materials.
- Co‑manage pursuit meetings, logistics and the contribution process; coordinate with writing/editorial, design and client bid teams to deliver a polished, consistent response.
- Facilitate elements of sales qualification workshops and other win‑strategy sessions; help drive the pursuit team towards readiness and the “Get to Green” outcome.
- Bring best practice, qualifications and intel from other pursuits and networks to close content gaps and increase win probability.
- Flag and escalate issues and risks to the Pursuit Coach and Assignment Lead promptly and constructively.
- Assist production of printed and multimedia materials and support selected learning and development initiatives to build sales capability across the firm.
