Qualifications

You need the following qualifications for the position of (Senior) Manager at Monitor Deloitte – Customer Strategy (Financial Services):

  • A relevant Master’s degree with excellent academic and pre-university results
  • At least 7 years of work experience in strategy consulting for clients in the Financial Services industry or a corporate strategy role in the Financial Services industry, with experience in leading and delivering strategy, innovation and transformation projects
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise of the financial services industry, including a deep understanding of how the business operates, its products, and related services
  • Strong analytical and systematic problem solving skills, interpersonal excellence, as well as demonstrated leadership
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English and Dutch

You will assist our clients in the Financial Services industry by guiding them in making critical strategic decisions and enabling them to implement the essential transformations needed to thrive in a constantly evolving landscape.

  • Deliver exceptional quality results by leveraging each person’s strengths to build high performing teams across businesses and borders
  • Lead diverse teams to solve highly complex business problems through strategic, analytical and innovative thinking and develop informed recommendations that shape or support conclusions
  • Lead high-value sales efforts and mobilize resources while holding self and others accountable for sales pipeline, conversions and building eminence
  • Guide the team and client through customer strategy design and business transformation expertise to make recommendations that enable the client’s strategic agenda
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team by engaging in various initiatives, including social impact projects, industry-specific advancements, and continuous learning opportunities
