What impact will you make?
Deloitte’s Energy & Carbon Trading practice helps leading utilities, producers and trading houses modernise the systems and processes that underpin multi-commodity trading.
As an ETRM Manager you will own the delivery of complex transformation projects while shaping our go-to-market and mentoring consultants.
How do you do this?
- Analyse and document end-to-end trading processes—deal capture, optimisation, logistics, risk, settlements and reporting—across power, gas, LNG, crude, NGLs and environmental products.
- Assess current ETRM/CTRM landscapes, identify data and workflow gaps, and recommend improvements independent of vendor.
- Design target operating models, control frameworks and roadmaps that align people, process and technology to strategic goals.
- Drive digital initiatives such as data-driven trading, advanced analytics and automation proof-of-concepts.
- Facilitate client workshops, manage work-stream deliverables, track risks and provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to proposals, market research and thought-leadership pieces that expand our Energy & Carbon Trading offering.
