Rituals is looking for a Senior Category Manager Sourcing - Beauty to help ensure innovation and supply at the right price, with sustainability and quality as guiding stars in product development.

As Senior Category Manager Sourcing - Beauty, you take the lead in executing the sourcing strategy for Beauty packaging and formulations. This key role ensures we have the right suppliers, innovation capabilities, capacity, and cost structure to fuel Rituals’ growth. You will own the Sourcing Beauty category end-to-end.
You will collaborate closely with Innovation, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and our suppliers, ensuring we accelerate innovation while securing quality and operational excellence.
You lead a team of three Buyers and report to the Head of Sourcing Cosmetics.
