Bij TUI zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Commercial Optimisation Manager.

Deze rol valt binnen Yield Optimisation, Data, AI & Analytics en Optimisation, Commercial Sales & Personalisation en rapporteert aan de Head of Strategic Yield en de Head of Yield Optimisation and Personalisation.

Je leidt cross-market yield optimisation-projecten binnen de TUI Marketplace om omzetgroei en margeverbetering te realiseren via innovatieve strategieën en wereldwijde test-and-learn-initiatieven.

Deze vacature kan worden ingevuld vanuit een van onze hoofdkantoren in Luton, Zaventam, Rijswijk, Stockholm en Hannover.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll develop and implement cross-market optimisation projects in strategic yield areas such as dynamic trading and airline optimisation, working closely with local market trading teams.
  • We're looking for someone to lead initiatives addressing crucial strategic trading challenges, particularly focusing on driving an earlier booking curve to reduce risk and increase margins across the TUI Marketplace.
  • Collaboration with local market yield and pricing teams will be essential to identify successful strategies in individual markets and adapt them for implementation across the wider TUI Marketplace.
  • The role involves providing strategic input and recommendations on key yield areas including ancillary yield, initial pricing, and in-season trading to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders across Commercial teams in multiple markets will help drive adoption of optimised yield strategies and approaches.
  • Working closely with the Head of the Strategic Yield, you'll align projects with overall strategic objectives while leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have proven experience in a commercial role with significant background in yield management, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and awareness.
  • Your ability to lead change and adapt to a fast-paced environment will be valuable as you work across multiple international markets within the TUI Marketplace.
  • Strong analytical, numerate and problem-solving skills enable you to deliver measurable improvements in booking curve, revenue growth, and margin.
  • We're looking for someone with excellent communication and presentation skills who can influence and negotiate at all levels while building strong relationships with colleagues.
  • You're highly accountable with a passion for results and take a proactive approach as a self-starter who can plan and organise effectively.
