You shape the transition from CBS to Platforms and define the strategic direction for international growth. You evaluate our portfolio, identify opportunities and risks, and turn market and customer insights into clear strategies and business cases that senior management relies on. You work closely with colleagues across all levels to bring these strategies to life, helping build the asset‑light, scalable e‑commerce platform of the future.

Your role is all about creating clarity and direction:

• Evaluate our portfolio and identify opportunities and risks.

• Build business cases based on solid analysis—quantitative and qualitative.
• Advise senior management with clear options and recommendations.

You’re a strategic thinker who loves impact. You dare to challenge assumptions and validate ideas with real-life examples. You manage stakeholders with ease and understand the personal and professional impact of decisions. You structure complex problems and explain them clearly. You also bring:

• A Master’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in strategy or consultancy.
• Ability to work independently with little structure.
• Experience in international logistics, supply chain or e-commerce.
• Excellent English communication skills (another language is a plus).

We also expect you to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) upon employment.
