As Category Procurement Manager Content & Premiums, you will shape and steer the global sourcing strategy for two key marketing pillars.
For Content, you will partner closely with Commercial teams to ensure that fit‑for‑purpose marketing assets are created efficiently and effectively by our agency partners across the EMEA region.For Premiums, you will take global ownership of the supplier ecosystem for promotional items that drive trial, strengthen brand love, deepen shopper engagement, and boost sales. You will safeguard safe, compliant, and on‑brand items that deliver maximum shopfloor impact.You will act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, continuously raising the bar on value delivery, supplier performance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
The Global Procurement discipline oversees all purchasing activities. The team consists of around 210 professionals from around the globe.
We operate as one agile and diverse team unleashing the power of our suppliers to deliver sustainable value for all seven FrieslandCampina business groups. We aim to be a strategic business partners and develop sourcing strategies based on a thorough understanding of market trends and developments. We create that strategic perspective to develop relevant and value-creating sourcing solutions (e.g. savings, innovation, sustainability, cash, et cetera) for each business and/or region.
The MarCom Procurement team consist of 5 Procurement professionals based in different parts of the world (the Netherlands and Singapore). Each Category Manager has his/her own Global subcategories responsibility. We connect on a weekly basis.
