As a Jamme Cloud Native Software Engineer, you help companies achieve breakthrough results. We start with the existing legacy landscape and work from there towards a gradually modernised and more agile application landscape. You and your Jamme colleagues start with whiteboard sessions with client side teams to get a good detailed view and common understanding of the current situation and biggest challenges. You use the methodology we taught you to get to the core and fundamentals of the current status.

From there on you work towards a reference architecture and proof of concepts for the first milestones as defined on the roadmap. This requires an exceptional deep and broad knowledge of the most important building blocks of modern, cloud native, applications:
Design Patterns, Containers, Orchestration, CI/CD, Cloud Services, Caching, Storage, Security, Performance, all equally important. Along the way you’ll develop a specialty expertise.

You’re good at coding, actually the quality of your code is really good, however, you’re not so much interested in a career path of 10 years in programming language x, you rather keep an eye on what matters most to make the system, work, best.

We will provide you an intensive training and we’ll help you develop over the course of two years to a professional that Start ups, Scale ups and Corporates will fight for.
