As our Air & Ocean Transport Transformation Manager in Global Transport / Supply Chain, you will lead the end-to-end transformation of Coty’s global air and ocean transport operations, driving structural improvements in cost, service, agility, and sustainability.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Air & Ocean Transport Transformation Manager, you play a critical role in shaping Coty’s global transport strategy beyond day-to-day execution. You will lead structural initiatives, enhance cost controls, and build long-term transport capabilities while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class global operations.

You will be reporting to the Global Transport Operations Director, and you will manage:

1. Transport Transformation & Performance

  • Lead global structural initiatives to improve cost, service, and sustainability
  • Present results, action plans, and strategies to senior management
  • Enhance global cost controls through centralized and standardized governance
  • Drive performance management with data-driven decision-making
  • Support the global transport transformation agenda

2. Network Design & Capability Building

  • Design new air and ocean transport routes and network configurations
  • Strengthen global resilience, diversify risk, and secure long-term capacity
  • Build new transport capabilities and business models (e.g. DTC, Intermodal)
  • Lead CO₂-reduction initiatives and sustainable routing strategies
  • Optimize cost-to-serve while improving customer experience

3. Digitalization, Partnerships & Governance

  • Identify, design, and implement transformation projects from idea to operation
  • Partner with IT and the Transport Community of Practice on digital solutions
  • Establish standardized A&O LSP and carrier management processes
  • Participate in strategic RFQs and supply network design initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Transport Hubs, Procurement, Planning, Customer Service, and LSPs

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced transport and logistics professional, you thrive in complex, global environments and enjoy leading transformation at scale.

Your skills and experience include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics (advanced degree a plus)
  • 5–8 years’ experience in Air & Ocean freight (multinational or global forwarder preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and manage priorities independently
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (VBA is a plus)
  • Strong PowerPoint and executive-level presentation skills
  • Deep knowledge of transport, supply chain, and logistics best practices
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Collaborative mindset in a complex matrix organization
