About the role

You will be part of the European Supply Chain team, supporting the Inventory Management team, which plays a critical role in the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process. The team operates within a short-term planning horizon (0–3 months), covering demand, supply, and inventory planning activities.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Support scheduling, prioritization, and planning of inbound flows to maximize product availability.
  • Assist in building, automating, and improving internal reporting to enhance visibility of inventory levels and product availability.
  • Support stock balancing activities across our four main distribution centers, as well as the replenishment process for local warehouses, to ensure high availability and strong customer service levels.
  • Perform and manage the VAS-to-stock process, including setting up and executing exception management processes in collaboration with local markets.
  • Work closely with the Warehousing and Distribution teams to improve inbound planning reliability and drive overall process improvements.
  • Contribute to streamlining internal processes to increase efficiency and transparency across inventory management activities.
  • Leverage your technology and analytics skills to make a tangible impact on supply chain performance.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a study program in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Apps; SAP experience is preferred.
  • Proactive and experienced in Problem Framing/Solving.
  • Fluent in English, with good communication skills.
  • Digitally-savvy and data-confident.

Important:

Please note that to be considered for an internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of which may be requested at any time. Students from outside the EU need to complete an NUFFIC agreement, which must be signed by both the student and the university. Please note that the contents of our regular internship assignments are not suitable for professionals (and/or MBA students) with professional work experience.
