This internship offers a minimum 6-month, non-thesis placement supporting the supply chain team.

Your role:

  • Support the supply chain team with reporting and operational follow-up, particularly in the areas of inventory and materials management
  • Collect data from dashboards and multiple data sources and consolidate it into weekly and monthly reports
  • Monitor reports and follow up on actions related to inventory levels, material availability, and open issues
  • After an initial onboarding period, independently handle simple analytical questions and contribute insights to ongoing reporting
  • Support the team in improving reporting processes and workflows, potentially leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools
  • Work closely with the team mentor and gradually take on broader analytical and reporting responsibilities as familiarity with tools and processes grows

You are the right fit if:

  • Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field, either at Dutch HBO level or University level
  • Strong analytical and digital skills, with a clear interest in supply chain topics
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills (essential)
  • Experience with or interest in dashboarding and analytics tools such as ClickView and Power BI is a plus
  • Familiarity or curiosity around AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (required); Dutch is a plus
