Philips is hiring a passionate, hands-on Consumer Marketing Director, Breastfeeding & Healthy Feeding to own the global equity, strategy and innovation for Philips Avent’s breastfeeding & healthy feeding portfolio — from pumps, to breastfeeding accessories and sterilizer/bottle warmer products.

Your Challenge:

Lead the category. Enable shared caregiving. Shape the future of early parenthood.

You’ll build category leadership by turning clinical and consumer insight into products, services and communications that make it easier for parents and partners to confidently share feeding and caregiving. This senior role combines bold strategic thinking with operational ownership: you’ll set marketing objectives across the Consumer Experience Journey, deliver a global innovation & communication roadmap, and ensure powerful, locally-relevant execution across markets.

Your role:

  • Own the global breastfeeding & healthy feeding category: shape brand equity, strategy and portfolio direction across products and services.
  • Lead the development and delivery of an integrated global innovation & communication roadmap — launching new propositions that support shared caregiving and stronger parent–baby bonds.
  • Translate deep Consumer Experience Journey insights into clear marketing objectives and prioritized initiatives that drive engagement and growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end product development and launches, partnering closely with R&D, Design, Manufacturing and Sales to ensure quality and speed to market.
  • Champion consistent execution across categories and regions while enabling local teams to adapt campaigns for market relevance.
  • Collaborate with Finance and regional leaders to design pricing and commercial strategies that deliver both consumer value and business results.
  • Empower insights teams to deliver actionable data, use in-market analysis to measure performance, and iterate quickly on what works.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams: set measurable goals, coach talent, and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.

You're the right fit if:

  • 15+ years in consumer marketing / brand management with full product lifecycle experience — ideally in baby, breastfeeding, maternal health or adjacent consumer healthcare categories.
  • Proven success with global consumer or retail brands, including multi-market launches and strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into compelling propositions and communications.
  • Hands-on leader with a “get it done” mentality, experienced at mobilizing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Finance and regional/commercial teams on pricing and go-to-market plans.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MSc/MBA desirable).
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
