We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our Amsterdam office. In this role, you will oversee administrative processes, create an efficient and welcoming work environment, and provide essential support to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations to ensure a well-organized and productive workplace
  • Manage administrative tasks, including invoice processing and supplier coordination
  • Plan and execute office events and team-building activities
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and problem-solving

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to create a positive and professional office atmosphere
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar role preferred
