What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager Payments, you’ll own the product direction of TicketSwap’s payments domain. • Own payment-related initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration
  • Partner closely with Finance and our Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to optimize and scale payment, payout, refund, and KYC flows
  • Improve the buyer checkout experience and seller payout journeys, balancing conversion, compliance, and trust
  • Identify inefficiencies in payment flows and processes, reducing errors and manual work by improving automation and leveraging AI where it adds real value
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Data Analysts, and your Engineering Manager to deliver reliable, high-impact solutions
  • Use data to define KPIs, measure success, and inform product decisions
  • Balance business goals with regulatory requirements, financial accuracy, and fan trust
  • Communicate clearly and confidently across teams, presenting updates and learnings to the wider company.

About you

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working in cross-functional (Agile/Scrum) teams
  • You bring hands-on experience in the payments domain, including working with PSPs or payment infrastructure
  • You have a solid understanding of payment concepts such as checkout, payouts, refunds, KYC, and compliance
  • You’re comfortable collaborating with Finance, Engineering, and external payment partners
  • You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and can bridge business, technical, and regulatory needs
  • You take a data-informed, structured approach to problem-solving
  • You’re proactive, curious, and driven to continuously improve how things work
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • You have a clear bias for action and enjoy turning ideas into real impact
  • You’re based in the Netherlands, are an EU resident, or already hold a valid visa to work here (relocation not provided)

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Join a passionate, international team of music and event lovers
  • Work on complex, high-impact systems that power millions of safe transactions worldwide
  • Collaborate in a supportive, flexible environment where good ideas win
  • Help shape the future of live event experiences
