As the Head of HR Shared Services Benelux, you will oversee all HR operational processes, including administration, payroll, time & attendance, benefits administration, and reporting. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering efficient and effective HR services across Belgium and the Netherlands, acting as the single point of contact for all people-related inquiries. Your role will involve insourcing services for Allianz entities, ensuring compliance with labor laws and ethical standards, and driving continuous process improvement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations Leadership: Ensure flawless HR service delivery and optimize processes for Allianz Benelux and other entities.
  • Team Management: Lead the HR shared services team to deliver efficient and effective services, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Single Point of Contact: Develop a multi-tiered interaction model to enhance employee experience and streamline HR inquiries.
  • Value Creation: Define standard solutions for Allianz entities, leveraging economies of scale and efficient processes.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with Allianz entities using a profit center philosophy, ensuring consistent service levels.

Your Profile

You are an experienced professional with a solid background in multi-entity shared services and HR operations, demonstrating a successful history in process optimization and payroll management. You possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and have strong managerial skills to lead teams effectively. Your technical skills include process improvements, HRIS, and knowledge of social legislation in Belgium and/or the Netherlands. You are accurate, stress-resistant, and possess strong change and process management capabilities, complemented by excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential, with knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
