Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by leading the Benelux Commercial Team to drive profitable market share growth. In this pivotal role, you will lead, develop and execute Sales Strategies and focus on joint Category and Business Planning with the retailers in your countries to drive commercial results.
Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead and drive the sustainable development of the ASICS brand business within assigned countries to meet consumers demand and expectations.
- Lead and mentor the direct and indirect Sales Team while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the financial performance and development of a €100 million turnover portfolio, including strategic accounts such as Footlocker.
- Establish and execute the commercial strategy to drive market growth across assigned Benelux territories.
- Lead Benelux Commercial Team to drive Benelux results and engagement.
- Coach the Benelux Commercial Team to lead and run sell-in meetings, create seasonal product assortments and go-to-market plans for their customer as well as other Strategic accounts active in the country.

You have the following skills:
- University degree preferably on Business or Sports Econonics, International Management, Marketing and/or Sales.
- 10 years of relevant work experience. 6 years of industry experience preferably FMCG or Sports.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven track record in commercial strategy and team development.
- High strategic and analytical skills.
- Advanced business negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical competencies and financial acumen.
- Outstanding presentation and communication capabilities.
- Customer oriented and results-driven mindset.
